It's wonderful that the location is near a truck stop.

Every member of staff was very courteous. The hotel had indeed a marvellous and comfortable location near a truck stop.

I didn't feel like leaving and would happily go back again. Every staff member was very courteous and accommodating. The room was comfy, neat, and the bed was extremely comfy.

The complimentary upgrade to a queen room was a nice gesture. The location was marvelous and convenient, situated near restaurants and gas stations. It was also across the street from the Convention Center and close to all major gas stations.

The room was spacious and clean, I loved it, the bed was super comfortable for a great night's sleep, and the location was fantastic, in the heart of Jackson.

Easy access from the Interstate, secluded location, quiet atmosphere, clean room, helpful front desk clerk.

Nonsmoking rooms had been recently smoked in; smelled strongly of cigarette smoke; ashes on night stand; room had not been vacuumed; evidence that room was not properly and adequately cleaned. Moved to a second "NS" a double because no more single NS room on 1st floor that again smelled strongly of smoke and one of the beds had an impression slightly ruffling in an area of someone sitting or lying upon it. I was getting over an upper respiratory infection, had driven 3 hours & was very tired, Sunce funds were not refundable, I informed the desk clerk of the condition of the room and just went out and purchased air odor eliminator & disinfecting cleaning wipes and made the best of it. At full pricing the manager put me in a clean truly nonsmoking room the next day (but he should have discounted the rate due to the distress of the previous night) when I needed a second night but was going to check out and go to another hotel. I just didn't feel like reloading and unloading the car again, and this room was a good one.

The room was well-kept, really enjoyed my very comfy bed. The big size bathroom was the best. The stuff where amazingly nice and very courteous and provided help.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not so friendly.

Econo Lodge provided a comfortable stay. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice king-size bed and fresh linen. The bathroom had excellent water pressure and came with ample towels. The location was convenient, close to the interstate. The continental breakfast exceeded expectations. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Clean and affordable room with cozy beds, great deal. 🛏️ Enjoy a nice selection of breakfast options.

Room was spacious, bed comfortable

My 90 year old mother's room telephone did not work, #125 Brreakfast was lacking protei, selections minimal.

Rooms were nice sized but some furniture was stained and old.

The tub/shower was old and peeling.

The staff at Econo Lodge in Hattiesburg were friendly and helpful during my recent stay. They made sure that all my needs were taken care of and provided excellent customer service.
